- Fios workflow tool for efficient reporting and processing of data exceptions
- Fios Administration application providing data administrators with full data maintenance functionality
- Fios Intranet facility for online trade capture
- Business Objects reporting suite used by Advanced users with data distributed in various formats to less advanced users through the BO scheduler function
